The story behind us
After joining a church planting team in 2016, and helping launch C3 Church Boston’s first location in early 2017, we quickly realized our need for tools that would help us in our follow up and discipleship process. Being ordained as Pastors in 2018 only increased our need to keep track of the people we were pastoring. Between being volunteer church staff, and working full time at our secular jobs during the week, we needed a tool that would remind us who we were following up with, and who to build stronger connections with, so that our discipling wouldn’t fall through the cracks of our already busy lives. After looking for solutions online and not finding what we were looking for we decided to build Church Phone.
The mission behind all our work
We believe there is a process laid out in the scripture for us to follow. Jesus tells us in the great commission to "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation." In the book of Acts, we see a consistent pattern: Salvation, Baptism in Water, Baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of Speaking in Tongues. Our mission is to build software the equips the church to execute this process. The tracking and the business of it should fade to the background so that we can focus on reach all of Gods creation.
